Real Estate Photography
$275 — Homes up to 2,000 sq ft
+$25 for each additional 500 sq ft
Short & Long-Term Rentals
$300 — Homes up to 2,000 sq ft
+$25 for each additional 500 sq ft

Twilight Exterior
$175 — Homes up to 4,000 sq ft

Editing Process
All images receive professional editing focused on lighting, color balance, and overall tone to preserve a natural, polished look.
Additional edits—such as object removal, TV replacements, sky replacements, or detailed retouching—are not included by default and can be discussed as add-on services after delivery.
All editing requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, as files are deleted to manage storage. Complimentary reshoots are not offered based on subjective preferences alone.

$150 when bundled with another service

What You’ll Receive
I overshoot and overdeliver, providing more than enough images to fully tell the story of each project. There is no set maximum on delivered images, and final galleries typically exceed industry averages.
After the shoot, I carefully cull images that are repetitive, out of focus, poorly composed, or include unflattering expressions. All remaining images are delivered.
Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs (approximately 3,000–5,000 pixels on the long edge at 300 PPI), suitable for most modern uses. Requests for larger files must be made within 30 days of delivery, as data is removed after that period.
Typical delivery time is 48–72 hours, with larger events requiring additional time.
